Zipped up ready for festival season
Lenco has unveiled its latest iPhone speaker dock, this time with the festival season firmly in mind.
The Lenco IPD-4500 is NiMH battery powered system, that is good for up to 8 hours playback on a full charge (that takes around 2-3 hours).
And, unlike some other portable docks that we've come across - it packs quite a punch. The 2 x 3w speakers may not sound very much but thanks to the integrated bass boost, it has a nice, loud and clear sound that definitely avoids the tinniness that many of its rivals experience.
It's quite heavy at over 1.1kg, but it has a nice reassuring hard case to keep its mechanical parts in order.
It comes with a tenny little remote, that will probably last around five minutes at a festival before it goes missing, and you'll get a EU AC adapter in the box, as well as the UK one - so if you're of to Benicassim or Rock Werchter you'll still be able to charge it up.
The Lenco portable iPhone speaker is out now, and it will cost you ?79.99.
